Welcome to our Free Brain Training Programme
“The right kind of brain training and exercises can significantly improve mental performance. While all ages will benefit from these exercise a recent study showed that brain training can improve an elderly person’s memory by ten years as well as improving their mental agility”¹
During the course of this Brain Training Programme you will give your brain a solid workout, exercising all aspects of mental functioning in a fun and exciting way. The strategies used in this programme have been extensively tested both in the UK and USA where significant intellectual gains have been reported in terms of greater speed, flexibility and mental agility, across all age ranges.

Why Should You ‘Train Your Brain’?
The reasons that people undertake a brain training programme are wide and varied and we generally find that those interested in making themselves ‘think more effectively’ are among the most motivated and ambitious. As you will shortly discover, your mind possesses a remarkable natural talent for excellence and this potential may be realised by anyone at any age.
What’s Stopping You?
There are a number of common myths which can stifle the intellect and impact on the development of mental capacity:
· Myth Number 1 – “I was not born smart”
· Myth Number 2 – “I have a terrible memory”
· Myth Number 3 – “You can't teach an old dog new tricks”
Over the next few pages we’ll tackle these myths as well as cover what you can look forward to as you begin your Brain Training Programme.
